ON SITE SHREDDING SERVICE
For the ultimate in data security, our on site shredding service destroys your documents and data before it even leaves your site, in one of our mobile shredding trucks. On site shredding gives you immediate peace-of-mind. You will not only witness your documents and data being destroyed on your premises, but will also receive a Destruction Certificate there and then.
- One of our uniformed, security checked team (carefully vetted to 8S7858 security standard and CRB checked) will visit your site at the time arranged and collect your confidential documents and data from either a central or multiple collection point.
- Your documents, electronic media or hard drives are shredded in the back of our truck using high capacity industrial shredding machines (up to 1800 kg of paper per hour).
- The shredding process can be viewed through a window in the truck if required.
- The shredded material is collected within the rear of the truck.
- A Certificate of Destruction is printed in the truck, ready for the end of shredding. A Recycling Certificate is issued upon completion of the process at the depot.
OFF SITE SHREDDING SERVICE
Book a one off shredding service, or enjoy the benefit of a regularly scheduled off site shredding service.
- One of our uniformed, security checked team (carefully vetted to 8S7858 security standard and CRB checked) will visit your site at the time arranged and collect your confidential documents and data from either a central or multiple collection point.
- Your documents, electronic media or hard drives are transported in the back of our locked, solid sided and satellite tracked truck
- The collection is confirmed on the han
- The confidential material is returned to the nearest destruction centre and unloaded inside the locked centre, whilst monitored by CCTV
- The material is unloaded onto the conveyor and shredded using our industrial shredding machinery. Then baled ready for collection and Recycling.
- A Certificate of Destruction is prepared and sent to you for your records. A Recycling Certificate is issued upon completion of the process.
